GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) is an important piece of legislation that is designed to strengthen and unify data protection laws for all individuals within the European Union. The regulation became effective and enforceable on the 25th May 2018.

At the end of our engagement with a client, our policy is to retain paper and/or digital copies of relevant information for two years after which all materials are irretrievably destroyed. Only information required for accounting and taxation purposes will be further archived and held for six years.

In operating our services, it may become necessary to transfer data that we collect from you to locations outside of the European Union for processing and storing. By providing your personal data to us, you agree to this transfer, storing or processing. We do our utmost to ensure that all reasonable steps are taken to make sure that your data is treated and stored securely. These countries may not have similar data protection laws to the EU.
